Every week I try and post articles that I think will be useful to my readers, but this week I decided that instead of just posting another article I would give you the chance to ask me what you want to know about. I suppose what I would be wondering about is cardio for cardio-haters. I lift very regularly for about 30-45 minutes about 4 times a week and I would love to add some cardio every once in a while. The thing is that I despise running. I've really tried to like it. I have done some weeks of the Couch to 5K, but even though it wasn't hard I just couldn't stand it. Kinda boring for a relatively hyperactive person like myself.
