Dude, this blog now is unique. You might want to keep doing YOUR thing rather than become like other blogs even if it might please a lot of people to do so. Just my opinion.

Well i love it, I am a competitive runner 60+ miles a week. One article on strength training for runners really helped me a lot i now do that three times a week. All the pictures help remind me to stay in shape. Everything is good, maybe more advice like on diet, i hear so much i would love something on diet, some say eat every 2 hours, some say 3 times a day??? Good idea would be to do articles on diet, good foods for you and good meals to make, sorry for writing so much, lol. If i think of more ill write more, lol.
